Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) completed the acquisition of Quality Engineered Services (QES) and Egis Group, LLC (Egis) on December 18, 2025. The deal brings two manufacturers of wire harnesses, electrical systems, terminal blocks, battery fuses, circuit breakers, flex relays and power‑distribution modules into Patrick’s portfolio, positioning the company as a one‑stop supplier for OEMs in the marine, RV, powersports and manufactured‑housing markets.

The combined trailing‑12‑month revenue of QES and Egis was approximately $39 million through November 2025. While the transaction value and any purchase price multiples were not disclosed, the companies will continue to operate under their existing brand names and facilities, allowing Patrick to preserve customer relationships and local expertise while integrating engineering talent and product lines into its full‑solutions model.

Patrick’s strategy is to deepen its presence in the outdoor‑enthusiast space by adding complementary product lines that enhance content‑per‑unit gains and strengthen competitive positioning. By expanding its engineered‑electrical‑components offering, the company can deliver more integrated system‑level solutions to marine and RV OEMs, a market that has shown resilient demand for high‑quality, reliable components.

CEO Andy Nemeth said the acquisitions “add significant engineering talent and product breadth that align with Patrick’s long‑term strategy for innovative component solutions and system integration.” President Jake Petkovich added that the moves “advance Patrick’s vision of becoming the go‑to partner for OEMs looking for turnkey, high‑quality electrical solutions.”

Patrick’s recent Q3 2025 results were strong, with revenue growth and earnings that exceeded expectations, and the company announced a dividend increase and new product launches. The QES and Egis acquisitions continue a pattern of strategic M&A that has included the purchases of Elkhart Composites, Inc. in February 2025 and RecPro in September 2024, underscoring Patrick’s focus on expanding its capabilities and market reach.

The integration plan will keep QES and Egis operating under their current brands while aligning their engineering teams with Patrick’s full‑solutions framework. This approach preserves the companies’ established customer relationships and local manufacturing footprints, while enabling Patrick to leverage the expanded product mix to drive higher content‑per‑unit margins and reinforce its competitive edge in the RV, marine, powersports and manufactured‑housing segments.
