Both individuals bring extensive experience to support the company's growth and partner engagement.
Asheet Mehta brings over 30 years of financial services and banking experience, having served as Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company where he led the Financial Services Practice in the Americas. His expertise spans fintech, credit card companies, universal banks, retail banks, insurance, and wealth and asset managers. He expressed honor in joining the board and supporting Pagaya's mission.
Alison Davis, with over 30 years of experience, currently serves as Chairman and Managing Partner of Blockchain Coinvestors and was previously CFO of Barclays Global Investors. She has served on numerous boards, including Silicon Valley Bank and Fiserv. Current directors Mircea Ungureanu and Nicole Torraco stepped down from the board.
