Del Webb announced the grand opening of two new active adult communities in the Indianapolis area: Sagebriar by Del Webb in Greenwood and Finch Creek by Del Webb in Noblesville. Sagebriar celebrated its grand opening on May 10, 2025.
Sagebriar will span 186 acres with 524 lots, offering homes starting in the mid-$300s. Finch Creek, with its grand opening on June 7, 2025, will integrate into a master-planned development spanning 514 acres with 675 residences, also starting in the mid-$300s.
Both communities will feature Del Webb's signature 15,000 square foot clubhouses and resort-style amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centers, and pickleball courts, catering to active adult lifestyles.
