Park Aerospace Corp. announced the election of Constantine (“Gus”) Petropoulos as its new Senior Vice President-Administration and General Counsel. Mr. Petropoulos will report directly to Brian E. Shore, Park’s Chairman and CEO. This appointment marks a return for Mr. Petropoulos to Park Aerospace.
Mr. Petropoulos previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Park Aerospace from September 2014 to May 2021. His experience also includes serving as a Partner at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed from May 2021 to July 2024, and prior roles at Scientific Games Corporation, Coca-Cola HBC SA, and Latham & Watkins.
Brian Shore commented on the appointment, stating that Mr. Petropoulos is expected to 'hit the ground sprinting' due to his familiarity with the company. His extensive legal and corporate experience, including his previous tenure at Park, is expected to be a valuable asset to the company's administration and legal functions.
