Supply Technologies, a unit of Park‑Ohio Holdings Corp., will construct a 375,000‑square‑foot distribution center in Union, Ohio. The facility will serve the company’s North American network, providing advanced warehouse operations, a quality‑and‑engineering lab, and an innovation center for customers across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The project represents a capital investment of more than $20 million and will create over 100 positions, including more than 60 full‑time jobs that are expected to add roughly $3 million in incremental annual payroll to the local economy. Construction is slated to begin in early 2026, with the center scheduled to open in July 2026.

The new center is a key element of Park‑Ohio’s broader transformation into a leaner, higher‑margin industrial platform. By expanding its hub‑and‑spoke distribution model, the company aims to improve delivery speed and supply‑chain resilience for OEM customers in automotive, industrial and consumer‑electronics markets. The investment also positions the firm to compete more effectively against other North American logistics providers that are investing in advanced automation and quality‑control capabilities.

Park‑Ohio’s Q3 2025 results—revenue of $399 million, flat sequentially but down 5% year‑over‑year, and adjusted EPS of $0.65—highlight the company’s focus on margin discipline amid a challenging macro environment. The new distribution center aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen its logistics footprint, support higher‑margin segments, and generate free cash flow that can be reinvested in growth initiatives.

"This flagship location will be pivotal in helping us serve our customers faster, better and more efficiently," said Matthew V. Crawford, CEO of Park‑Ohio Holdings. Brian Norris, President of Supply Technologies, added that the center will enable a more efficient hub‑and‑spoke network across North America, ensuring greater supply continuity for manufacturers.
