Easy Mile Fitness, a privately held Planet Fitness franchisee, completed an acquisition of 17 clubs from the Bravo Fit Franchise Group. The deal adds 15 locations in Oregon and two in Alaska, with clubs located in Portland, Bend, Medford, Yakima, Oregon and Anchorage, Alaska.
The transaction makes Easy Mile Fitness the largest Planet Fitness operator in Oregon and expands its presence to a fifth state. The acquisition increases the franchisee’s club count and potential royalty revenue, supporting the company’s asset‑light franchise model.
