Perpetua Resources Corp. announced that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) issued the Clean Water Act Section 404 permit for the Stibnite Gold Project. This permit is the last federal authorization required, marking the culmination of eight years of rigorous interagency federal permitting for the project.
