Perpetua Resources Corp. announced that the United States Forest Service (USFS) issued the Final Record of Decision (ROD), authorizing Perpetua's mine plan for the Stibnite Gold Project.
This approval marks a culmination of an eight-year federal permitting process, including extensive investigation, interagency analysis, and public feedback.
The Stibnite Gold Project is expected to produce 450,000 ounces of gold annually over its first four years and supply approximately 35% of U.S. antimony demand in its initial six years, addressing national security needs for this critical mineral.
