The Extend Shipping Protection safeguards packages against loss, theft, and damage from the distribution center to the customer, with claims resolved quickly through Extend's 24/7 online platform. Additionally, Extend Product Protection offers extended warranty coverage for one, two, or three years beyond the standard manufacturer warranty.
Chief Operating Officer Michael Huffaker noted that over 6,000 customers have opted into the product protection since its launch. He stated that the program generates valuable revenue, which enables reinvestment in operations and further improves the customer experience while driving business growth.
