Parsons Corporation announced on October 24 2025 that it has been awarded a seat on the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC), Territorial Integrity of the U.S. (TITUS) 2.1, a $10 billion‑ceiling Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command.

The contract provides Parsons with the opportunity to compete for task orders that support a range of U.S. Navy operational requirements, including theater opening, sustainment, distribution, stability operations, civil support and Defense Support of Civil Authorities. The base period is five years with an additional five‑year option period, giving Parsons a long‑term revenue platform in the federal logistics and support space.

This award expands Parsons’ Federal Solutions portfolio and positions the company to capture significant revenue from future task orders. The $10 billion ceiling value and the breadth of operational areas covered align with Parsons’ strategic focus on high‑value, technology‑driven solutions for national security and critical infrastructure.
