This new agreement enables a five-fold production increase to support growing defense demand. Brad Hatcher, SealingTech's Chief Product Officer, stated that leveraging NCS's nearly 30-year large-scale U.S. Government manufacturing experience will strengthen industry-leading cyber hunt kit capabilities. This partnership allows for rapid production expansion to meet urgent customer requirements. The collaboration ensures scalable and cost-effective growth in SealingTech's server manufacturing capabilities.
Highly trained members of both SealingTech and NCS production teams are co-located in the Washington, D.C. metro area, working from NCS's 108,000 sq ft manufacturing facility and SealingTech's 35,000 sq ft integration facility. This co-location ensures seamless execution, real-time decision-making, and continuity for producing highly reliable products quickly. The combined ISO-certified supply chain and quality management programs ensure every kit is mission-ready and proven before delivery.
