Prior to Garrison Energy, Mr. Weatherl held senior positions including President and Chief Financial Officer at Stronghold Energy II, which was successfully sold in 2022. His background also includes roles at Desert Royalty Company, Stronghold Energy Partners, Bain Capital, and McKinsey & Company. This appointment fills the CFO vacancy and strengthens the company's financial leadership.
