PVH Corp. announced a new multiyear licensing agreement with Herman Kay-Mystic LLC for select wholesale men’s and women’s outerwear under the Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER brands. The agreement covers the U.S. and Canada, with products expected to launch in Spring 2026.
This partnership is part of PVH's strategy to work with specialized experts for certain wholesale category businesses. Donald Kohler, CEO, PVH Americas, stated that Herman Kay is a recognized market leader in outerwear, and the collaboration aims to accelerate category growth.
The approach supports PVH's long-term, brand-building growth strategy, the PVH+ Plan, by driving further scale in the marketplace. While PVH brings core lifestyle categories in-house, it partners for specialized areas where external expertise can contribute to brand-accretive growth.
