Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) and Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) have launched a subscription‑based Business Resilience‑as‑a‑Service (BRaaS) partnership that combines Rubrik’s AI‑driven cyber‑resilience platform with Cognizant’s Neuro® AI platform and global delivery scale.
The joint offering, one of the first pay‑as‑you‑go BRaaS models, enables enterprises to recover quickly from cyber incidents and ransomware attacks while aligning recovery objectives with critical business outcomes. It leverages Rubrik’s Agent Rewind technology to protect AI agents and Cognizant’s cloud and infrastructure expertise to secure the foundation for the AI era.
"This partnership marks a fundamental shift from reactive prevention to proactive resilience in cybersecurity," said Bipul Sinha, CEO, Chairman, and Co‑founder of Rubrik. "By industrializing resilience, we help clients maintain customer trust and operational continuity in the face of sophisticated cyber threats." Ravi Kumar S, CEO of Cognizant, added, "Our unified BRaaS framework delivers a service‑driven approach that streamlines operations and continually enhances resiliency across industries."
The launch follows Rubrik’s recent introduction of Rubrik Agent Cloud on October 22, 2025, which accelerates secure AI agent deployments and manages associated risks. Cognizant’s robust financial health, with strong revenue growth and profitability, underpins its ability to scale the new service globally.
Market analysts note that the expanding global AI market increases the attack surface, making resilient cybersecurity solutions like BRaaS essential for enterprises seeking to protect data integrity and maintain compliance.
