Rubrik CEO Bipul Sinha stated that the acquisition will expand Rubrik's work to secure and deploy generative AI applications, building on existing integrations with Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Agentspace. While terms were not disclosed, reports indicate a value between $100 million and $500 million.
