RADCOM has appointed Hod Cohen as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 11, 2026. The outgoing CFO, Hadar Rahav, will remain in an advisory capacity through the first quarter of 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

Cohen brings two decades of financial leadership experience, most recently serving as Head of the Global Business Finance Group at Amdocs. In that role he managed finance operations across APAC and EMEA, led strategic planning, and executed multiple high‑profile mergers and acquisitions in the telecom sector.

RADCOM reported Q2 2025 results of $17.7 million in total revenues, a 19.3% year‑over‑year increase, with GAAP operating income of $1.7 million (9.9% of revenue) and GAAP net income of $2.4 million ($0.15 per diluted share). Under Rahav’s leadership the company achieved record revenues and transitioned to profitability.

Revenue growth was driven by the network assurance and AI Operations segments, with 5G deployments expanding the customer base. The high‑capacity user analytics solution, leveraging NVIDIA BlueField‑3 DPUs, contributed to real‑time customer‑level insights and reinforced the company’s cloud‑native service assurance platform.

CEO Benny Eppstein highlighted that Cohen’s expertise in financial discipline and M&A execution will support RADCOM’s growth plans and long‑term shareholder value. Rahav’s stewardship is credited with guiding the company to profitability and setting the stage for the next phase of expansion.

The appointment positions RADCOM to accelerate expansion, optimize cash flow, and enhance shareholder value as it continues to scale its cloud‑native network intelligence solutions.
