RadNet’s Digital Health division, DeepHealth, unveiled an expanded suite of AI‑powered imaging informatics and clinical solutions during the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) conference on November 30, 2025. The new portfolio adds capabilities in disease detection, assessment, monitoring, remote scanning, image management, and AI orchestration, all built on the company’s cloud‑native DeepHealth OS.
The expansion is designed to unify siloed tools and workflows across RadNet’s network of more than 400 outpatient imaging centers. By embedding AI into the operating system, DeepHealth can automate tasks from patient scheduling to image interpretation, improving clinical accuracy, radiologist productivity, and operational efficiency. The integration of AI orchestration—automated coordination of multiple AI models and data pipelines—enables real‑time decision support and reduces manual intervention.
Financially, RadNet’s Digital Health segment has shown robust growth. Full‑year 2024 revenue reached $65.7 million, up 32.5% from 2023, while Q4 2024 revenue was $18.9 million, a 28.1% increase from Q4 2023. In the first half of 2025, Digital Health revenue totaled $39.9 million, up 31% YoY. The expanded portfolio is expected to accelerate this trajectory by opening higher‑margin external sales and licensing opportunities while strengthening internal service delivery.
RadNet’s competitive positioning is reinforced by strategic collaborations with industry leaders such as GE HealthCare and Siemens Healthineers, and by recent acquisitions of AI companies including Quantib, Aidence, and iCAD. The company’s focus on cancer screening—particularly breast, lung, and prostate cancers—aligns with the new AI capabilities, while its remote scanning solution, TechLive™, addresses technologist shortages and extends operating hours. AI orchestration, a key feature of the launch, streamlines the deployment of multiple AI models across the imaging workflow, reducing turnaround time and improving diagnostic confidence.
Management emphasized the transformative potential of the expansion. Kees Wesdorp, President and CEO of DeepHealth, said the new suite “will enable proactive, connected, and equitable care by integrating clinical and operational intelligence into a single, AI‑powered platform.” Dr. Howard Berger, RadNet’s CEO, highlighted that AI is a “pivotal driver of Digital Health revenue growth” and that the expanded portfolio will “unlock new revenue streams while enhancing patient outcomes.”
