Regional Management Corp. announced on March 13, 2025, the appointment of Julie Booth to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. This appointment increases the size of the Board from eight to nine directors.
Ms. Booth previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Rocket Companies, a fintech platform company. Her extensive financial services expertise and leadership experience at growth-focused companies are expected to strengthen the Board.
Ms. Booth will serve as a member of the Audit Committee of Regional Management’s Board of Directors. Her background, including leading Rocket through its IPO in 2020, is anticipated to contribute significantly to Regional Management's long-term growth strategy.
