RumbleOn, Inc. announced leadership changes effective January 13, 2025, with Michael Quartieri, previously Chairman of the Board, appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Cameron Tkach was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Becca Polak was named Vice Chairman and Lead Independent Director.
Mr. Quartieri brings C-suite executive experience, financial acumen, and corporate governance expertise to his new role. He stated his focus will be on driving growth, improving profitability, and producing strong cash flow for the company.
The company also noted the payoff of its convertible notes earlier in January 2025, which Mr. Quartieri highlighted as significant progress in strengthening the balance sheet. Former CEO Michael Kennedy is no longer with the company or on the Board of Directors.
