Rogers Corporation announced the appointment of Woon Keat Moh as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025. This addition expands the Board to nine members, with eight of them being independent, enhancing governance and strategic diversity.
Mr. Moh brings nearly three decades of experience in the specialty and engineered materials industry, including significant leadership roles across Asia and North America. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and President of the Color, Additives & Inks global business segment at Avient Corporation.
The company emphasized that Mr. Moh's extensive global business and specialty materials expertise will further strengthen Rogers' strategy. His appointment is expected to contribute to the company's efforts to create value for shareholders by leveraging his deep industry knowledge.
