SentinelOne announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, ended October 31, 2024, on December 4, 2024. The company reported revenue of $211 million, an increase of 28% year-over-year, exceeding its topline growth expectations.
Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew 29% year-over-year to $860 million, with net new ARR reaching $54 million, which exceeded expectations and re-accelerated sequentially. Non-GAAP gross margin was 80%, and the company achieved positive non-GAAP net income for the second consecutive quarter, along with positive free cash flow on a trailing-twelve-month basis.
However, the company reported a GAAP net loss of $78.4 million, or $0.25 per share. Non-GAAP earnings per share were less than $0.01, missing Wall Street estimates of $0.01 per share. For the full fiscal year 2025, SentinelOne raised its revenue growth outlook to 32%, with revenue guidance of $818 million.
