Sonic Automotive reported record second quarter consolidated revenues of $3,657.2 million for 2025, a 6% increase year-over-year. The EchoPark Segment achieved all-time record quarterly segment income and adjusted EBITDA for the second consecutive quarter, validating its long-term profitability strategy.

The Franchised Dealerships Segment also generated second quarter record total revenues, and all-time record quarterly fixed operations gross profit and F&I gross profit. These high-margin areas combined to account for nearly 75% of the company's total gross profit mix.

Despite strong operational performance, the company reported a net loss of $45.6 million, or diluted EPS loss of $1.34, primarily due to $172.4 million in impairment charges. The Board of Directors approved a 9% increase to the quarterly cash dividend, raising it to $0.38 per share, payable on October 15, 2025.
