Under Mr. Gray’s nearly 17-year tenure, the institutional asset management business has grown to approximately 30% of Silvercrest’s discretionary assets under management. His deep industry knowledge and proven leadership are expected to provide important strategic insights for the firm's ongoing growth and global initiatives.
