StandardAero announced on August 23, 2024, the acquisition of Aero Turbine, Inc. (ATI), a provider of engine component repair and other value-added engine aftermarket services. The total purchase price for ATI is up to $141.0 million, consisting of $120.0 million upfront and up to $21.0 million in contingent consideration based on earnings targets through year-end 2026. This acquisition was funded with borrowings under StandardAero’s ABL Credit Facility.

ATI brings coveted component repair capabilities and military Source Approval Request expertise, along with complementary military engine platform positions and customer relationships. StandardAero expects compelling synergy opportunities from this integration. ATI will be reported as part of StandardAero’s Component Repair Services segment and is projected to contribute $25 million of Adjusted EBITDA in 2025.

The acquisition strengthens StandardAero's position in the aerospace aftermarket by expanding its specialized repair offerings. This move is designed to enhance the company's ability to service a broader range of military and commercial engines. The strategic addition of ATI is expected to drive future growth and profitability within the higher-margin Component Repair Services segment.
