Steelcase Inc. announced the appointment of Megan Blazina as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary, effective March 17, 2025. Blazina will report directly to President and CEO Sara Armbruster and join the senior executive team.
In her new comprehensive leadership role, Blazina will serve as general counsel, overseeing all legal services for the company. Her responsibilities will also extend to compliance, corporate strategy, global trade, government affairs, and sustainability initiatives.
Blazina brings over 24 years of experience, including her most recent position as North American Vice President & General Counsel at Whirlpool Corporation. Her extensive background in various legal and leadership roles is expected to contribute to Steelcase's strategic vision and critical initiatives.
