Steelcase Inc. reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 revenue of $788.0 million, a 2 percent increase year-over-year, though organic revenue declined 5 percent. Adjusted earnings per share reached $0.26, surpassing expectations and increasing from $0.23 in the prior year, partly due to $21.8 million in favorable tax items. For the full fiscal year 2025, Steelcase achieved $3.2 billion in revenue, remaining flat compared to the prior year, while adjusted earnings per share rose to $1.12 from $0.92. The Americas segment demonstrated robust order growth of 12 percent in the fourth quarter, contributing to a 6 percent growth for the full fiscal year. Looking ahead to the first quarter of fiscal 2026, the company projects revenue between $760 million and $785 million, representing organic growth of 5 to 9 percent. Steelcase also targets mid-single-digit organic revenue growth and modest improvement in its adjusted operating income margin for the full fiscal year 2026, supported by an 11 percent higher backlog of $694 million.
