Serve Robotics Inc. announced the launch of its autonomous delivery service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area on April 3, 2025. This expansion is a major milestone in the company's plan to deploy 2,000 AI-powered delivery robots across the U.S. by the end of 2025.
Serve robots have begun operating in the Uptown neighborhoods of Pearl, State Thomas, West Village, and South Routh, reaching over 22,000 new households. Customers using the Uber Eats app in these areas can now receive deliveries via Serve's robots.
The Dallas-Fort Worth launch also extends Serve's national delivery partnership with Shake Shack to the region and includes local favorites like Ka Thai. This strategic entry into the fourth-largest U.S. metro area, known for its well-developed sidewalk infrastructure, is expected to create new jobs and contribute to the local economy.
