Safe & Green Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SGBX) announced on October 2, 2025 that its wholly‑owned subsidiary, Olenox Corp., has entered into a Purchase Agreement for a property in Conroe, Texas. The agreement was disclosed in a Form 8‑K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and represents a new acquisition of real‑estate assets by the company.
The company will relocate its SG Echo factory operations from Durant, Oklahoma, to the new Conroe facility, thereby consolidating SG Echo’s modular manufacturing with Olenox’s energy‑services operations. The move is intended to leverage the Houston labor pool and to better support Olenox’s oil‑and‑gas business on the service side, while also creating a single, integrated operational hub for both subsidiaries.
Tricia Kaelin, Chief Financial Officer, said the consolidation “will drive greater efficiency, reduce overhead, and increase profit potential.” She added that monetizing the Durant, Oklahoma property through its sale will generate working capital that further supports the company’s growth‑oriented strategy and long‑term profitability.
The relocation is a significant operational milestone that enhances SGBX’s manufacturing capacity, improves cost structure, and positions the company to better serve its oil‑and‑gas customers in the Houston region.
