Somnigroup International will not receive any proceeds from this offering. The transaction was expected to close on or about May 13, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering. This event represents a significant release of shares into the market by a major pre-acquisition shareholder.
