Shimmick Corporation announced the appointment of Todd Yoder as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 14, 2025. Mr. Yoder brings extensive financial leadership experience within the construction industry and a proven track record in senior-level finance roles at publicly traded companies. He previously served as EVP and CFO at Shikun & Binui America, Inc. and Shikun & Binui Concessions USA.
Prior to his roles at Shikun & Binui, Mr. Yoder served as Global Managing Director of Strategic Finance at Fluor Corporation for 12 years. He also held senior-level strategic finance positions at Elevance Health, Zimmer Biomet Holdings, and Capital Bancorp. CEO Ural Yal stated that Mr. Yoder's expertise across capital management, operational efficiency, risk management, and financial strategy will be instrumental in driving growth.
Amanda Mobley, who served as interim CFO since June 2024, has been appointed Chief Accounting Officer. CEO Ural Yal thanked Ms. Mobley for her contributions during the company's transformative period, noting her leadership was integral in setting the foundation for the next phase of growth at Shimmick.
