Sidus Space announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Berlin-based Reflex Aerospace GmbH, formalizing a partnership that began with a Letter of Intent in November 2024. The agreement establishes the framework to form a U.S.-based Joint Venture.
This joint venture will focus on delivering flexible, cost-effective, and high-performance satellite solutions to meet diverse customer needs while strengthening their presence in global markets. Both companies will contribute to production, business development, and market distribution across U.S. and European markets.
The collaboration will target multi-orbit missions in LEO, MEO, and small GEO, as well as In-Orbit Demonstration and Validation campaigns. It will also pursue advanced space applications such as LIDAR, software-defined radio, on-orbit surveillance, and refueling missions, leveraging Sidus’s mission operations and AI Ecosystem.
