Sidus Space announced the successful completion of integration with the launch vehicle for LizzieSat™-3 at the Astrotech Space Operations facility. LizzieSat™-3 has been turned over to SpaceX and is ready for launch no earlier than the first quarter of 2025 as part of the Transporter-13 rideshare mission.
This marks Sidus Space’s third satellite launch in less than 12 months, demonstrating its ability to rapidly scale and expand its on-orbit constellation. The expanded constellation will enhance revisit rates, providing customers with more frequent data collection and timely insights.
Designed and manufactured at Sidus’s facility, LizzieSat™-3 is equipped with advanced sensor technology, including an AIS sensor, a high-resolution visual spectrum sensor, and the HEO Holmes Imager. It also features the next generation of Sidus’ proprietary artificial intelligence system for on-orbit data processing, reducing data latency.
