SelectQuote, Inc. (NYSE: SLQT) reported consolidated revenue of $408.2 million for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, an 8% increase from $376.4 million in the prior year period. Consolidated net income for the quarter was $26.0 million, up from $8.6 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2024.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $37.7 million, compared to $46.6 million in the third quarter of fiscal year 2024. The Senior segment's revenue decreased 17% to $169.4 million, with Adjusted EBITDA at $45.7 million, reflecting a smaller agent force.
The Healthcare Services segment continued its strong growth, with revenue surging 53% year-over-year to $189.6 million. SelectRx members reached nearly 106,000 as of March 31, 2025, a 41% increase from a year prior, and the segment achieved positive Adjusted EBITDA for the eighth consecutive quarter.
The Life segment also showed strong performance, with revenue increasing 13% to $45.8 million and Adjusted EBITDA more than doubling to $6.4 million. The company maintained its full-year fiscal 2025 guidance ranges for revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, but adjusted net income expectations to a range of negative $1 million to $28 million.
