NuScale Power Corporation announced its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024, on March 3, 2025. The company reported a significant increase in sales for 2024, reaching $37 million, up from $23 million in 2023.
Despite the revenue growth, NuScale's financial health was impacted by a substantial rise in net losses, which jumped from $58 million in 2023 to $137 million in 2024. The basic loss per share also increased to $1.47 from $0.80.
John Hopkins, President and CEO, highlighted NuScale's position as the first mover in commercial SMR development with NRC design approval and 12 modules already in production. He also noted advanced commercial dialogue with major technology and industrial companies, utilities, and governments seeking 24/7 clean energy.
