Sonoco Products Company announced several senior leadership changes effective January 3, 2025, as part of its ongoing organizational evolution. Rob Dillard has departed as Chief Financial Officer, with Jerry Cheatham, a 36-year finance leader at Sonoco, named interim CFO.
Lisa Weeks, Vice President of Investor Relations and Global Communications, will also leave the company at the end of January 2025, with Roger Schrum returning as interim Head of Investor Relations. The company is conducting a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
Additionally, John Florence, Sonoco’s General Counsel and Secretary, has been given expanded operational responsibilities. He will now oversee the North America Paper division, formally combining it with the Converted Paper Products division, representing over $1.4 billion in annual net sales in 2023.
