Spok Holdings, Inc. released its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results, with Q4 total revenue at $33.892 million, a 0.2% decrease from Q4 2023. Full-year 2024 total revenue was $137.653 million, a 1.0% decrease from the previous year. Despite the slight revenue decline, Q4 net income increased by 8.3% to $3.644 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, compared to Q4 2023. The software segment showed significant momentum, with software operations bookings for Q4 2024 surging by 73.2% to $7.124 million. For the full year 2024, software operations bookings totaled $34.083 million, marking a 13.2% increase from 2023. This strong performance led to a 21.7% increase in software backlog, reaching $62.439 million as of December 31, 2024. Looking ahead to full-year 2025, Spok provided guidance anticipating total revenue between $134.0 million and $142.0 million, and Adjusted EBITDA between $27.5 million and $32.5 million.
