Looking ahead to full-year 2025, Spok provided guidance anticipating total revenue between $134.0 million and $142.0 million, and Adjusted EBITDA between $27.5 million and $32.5 million. The company's Board of Directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.3125 per share, payable on March 31, 2025.
