Stratasys announced a comprehensive suite of new materials, print modes, and software enhancements across its FDM, SAF, P3 DLP, and software platforms on November 11, 2025. The company will showcase the updates at Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany, from November 18‑21, where it plans to display nearly 200 production‑grade parts printed on all five core technologies and more than 50 materials.

The launch signals a strategic pivot from prototyping to full‑scale production, a shift Stratasys has framed under the “Get Serious About Additive” theme. By expanding its materials portfolio, accelerating print speeds, and adding smarter workflow tools, the company aims to make additive manufacturing more competitive with traditional manufacturing for aerospace, automotive, defense, medical, and industrial markets.

Key product updates include the CoatReady print mode for ULTEM 9085 resin on the F900, ULTEM 9085 Filament CG for the F3300, a Nylon 12CF T40 tip for the Fortus 450mc, and an Enhanced Accuracy Mode for SAF PP on the H350. These innovations are designed to improve part quality, reduce lead times, and enable higher‑value applications across the industry.

Stratasys’s new offerings are positioned to support its growing partnerships with automotive leaders such as GM and Toyota, which have highlighted the need for certified materials and validated workflows in production environments. The expanded portfolio also addresses customer demands for faster, more reliable production of complex components in aerospace and defense, where precision and certification are critical.

By unveiling a broad range of production‑grade parts and materials at a major industry event, Stratasys seeks to reinforce its leadership in industrial‑grade additive manufacturing and differentiate itself from competitors that focus primarily on prototyping solutions.

Rich Garrity, Stratasys’s Chief Business Unit Officer, said the updates “reflect our ongoing commitment to driving innovation and operational excellence across aerospace, automotive, industrial, and consumer markets, helping customers tackle challenging applications more efficiently.”
