Stagwell Inc. has opened a new Asia‑Pacific headquarters in Singapore’s Solaris @ One North campus, a Green Mark Platinum‑certified building in the city’s innovation precinct. The campus will be fully operational in the first quarter of 2026 and will house the company’s Singapore agencies—ADK, Allison, Assembly, Forsman & Bodenfors, HarrisX, Ink Global and Locaria—alongside other network brands, creating a single space for collaboration, creativity and advanced AI solutions.
The consolidation of agencies under one roof is designed to accelerate client success by enabling cross‑functional teams to develop integrated media, data and creative strategies. By bringing together creative, media, communications, data and AI capabilities, Stagwell aims to deliver faster, more innovative solutions to clients across the region and to support the rollout of its Stagwell Marketing Cloud and other AI‑powered platforms throughout APAC.
Stagwell’s recent financial performance underscores the strategic timing of the expansion. In Q4 2024 the company generated $789 million in revenue, up 20% year‑over‑year, and $630 million in net revenue, up 14%. Adjusted EBITDA rose 30% to $123 million, giving a 20% margin. In Q3 2025 revenue was $743 million, a 4% YoY increase, and net revenue $615 million, up 6%. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $115 million, a 3% YoY gain. Management guided 2025 net revenue growth to roughly 8% and adjusted EBITDA to $410–$460 million, reflecting confidence in continued demand and cost discipline.
Randy Duax, Managing Director for Stagwell Asia‑Pacific, said the Singapore campus “is the engine of our growth in Asia. By bringing creativity, media, communications, data and AI together we can move faster for clients and build a new model that is more connected, inventive and built for the momentum of local markets.” Connie Chan, Chief Growth Officer for APAC, added that the new home “reflects Stagwell’s commitment to building for the future, with a space designed for collaboration, creativity and sustainability.” Chairman and CEO Mark Penn noted that the company now has 2,500 employees in the region, a clear sign of its expanding footprint.
Stagwell’s AI strategy is further reinforced by its partnership with Palantir, which will deliver an AI and data marketing platform that enhances client ROI. The new headquarters will serve as a hub for deploying this platform across APAC, positioning Stagwell to capture growing demand for data‑driven, AI‑enabled marketing solutions in a region that is rapidly adopting digital technologies.
The Singapore expansion strengthens Stagwell’s position as a challenger network, allowing it to compete more effectively against larger, traditional agencies by offering integrated, technology‑centric services. The move also signals the company’s commitment to the APAC market, where digital advertising spend is projected to grow faster than in mature markets, and where AI adoption is accelerating. By consolidating its agencies and investing in AI infrastructure, Stagwell is positioning itself to capture a larger share of the region’s marketing spend and to deliver higher‑margin, data‑driven solutions to its clients.
