The integration of CEC is expected to enhance Sterling's E-Infrastructure offerings by adding mission-critical electrical services for data centers, semiconductor fabrication, and manufacturing. For the remainder of calendar year 2025, CEC is estimated to contribute between $150 million and $160 million in revenue, $18 million to $20 million in Adjusted EBITDA, and $0.40 to $0.45 in Adjusted Diluted EPS. CEO Joe Cutillo expressed excitement about officially welcoming CEC, highlighting the positive impact this will have on Sterling's growth trajectory and market position.
