Sterling Infrastructure Completes Acquisition of CEC Facilities Group

Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Irving, Texas-based CEC Facilities Group, LLC. CEC, a leading specialty electrical and mechanical contractor, will now join Sterling's E-Infrastructure Solutions segment. This acquisition is a key step in Sterling's growth strategy, significantly expanding its capabilities. The integration of CEC is expected to enhance Sterling's E-Infrastructure offerings by adding mission-critical electrical services for data centers, semiconductor fabrication, and manufacturing. This combination aims to enable faster and more efficient project solutions, providing greater value to customers and driving innovation across the industry. For the remainder of calendar year 2025, CEC is estimated to contribute between $150 million and $160 million in revenue, $18 million to $20 million in Adjusted EBITDA, and $0.40 to $0.45 in Adjusted Diluted EPS.
