Silvercorp Reports Strong Q3 Fiscal 2025 Operational Results with Production Increases

Silvercorp Metals Inc. reported its operational results for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated ore mined increased by 11% to 383,543 tonnes, and ore milled rose by 16% to 361,810 tonnes compared to Q3 Fiscal 2024.

At the Ying Mining District, gold production surged by 53% to 2,056 ounces, silver production increased by 18% to 1.8 million ounces, and lead production grew by 5% to 15.2 million pounds. These increases were supported by a 30% rise in milled ore at Ying, with the new 1,500 tonnes per day mill expansion in operation since November 2024.

The company noted that approximately 145 thousand tonnes of inventory stockpile ores at the Ying Mining District were scheduled for processing during the Chinese New Year holidays in the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2025. Conversely, the GC Mine experienced decreases in ore mined (13%), ore milled (14%), silver production (3%), lead production (16%), and zinc production (16%) compared to the prior year quarter.
