TruBridge, Inc. announced on August 4, 2025, that Jackson Parish Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility in Jonesboro, Louisiana, has re-established its partnership with the company. Jackson Parish Hospital will deploy TruBridge’s Complete Business Office (CBO) technology-enabled services to support its financial operations. This includes revenue cycle outsourcing, coding and billing, and claims management.
According to John Morgan, Jackson Parish CEO, the hospital returned to TruBridge after partnering with another vendor since 2019, citing TruBridge's expertise as superior. This re-engagement builds on a previous seven-year relationship, indicating a strong alignment between the hospital's needs and TruBridge's specialized offerings for community and critical access facilities.
Merideth Wilson, General Manager of Financial Health at TruBridge, stated that strong financial outcomes are integral to patient outcomes, and TruBridge is committed to helping communities thrive. The CBO solution, which has earned the HFMA Peer Reviewed Designation for four consecutive years, aims to improve cash flow, stabilize operations, and deliver robust financial results for hospitals.
