Teladoc Health announced on March 6, 2025, a pharmacy integration agreement with Eli Lilly’s LillyDirect pharmacy partner, Gifthealth. This partnership aims to streamline access to the FDA-approved weight-loss drug Zepbound (tirzepatide) for members enrolled in Teladoc Health’s Comprehensive Weight Care Program.
This new option is specifically designed to help members without insurance coverage for GLP-1 medications for obesity, providing them with more seamless access to affordable, safe, and effective medicine. Eligible members, if prescribed Zepbound by a Teladoc Health provider, can have the medication delivered directly to their home.
The collaboration ensures that Teladoc Health’s care teams have full visibility into the patient’s Zepbound fulfillment journey, from dispensing to delivery and refills. This initiative is part of Teladoc Health’s commitment to expanding access to clinically responsible, evidence-based care and reducing barriers to high-quality treatments.
