Terex Corporation filed its Conflict Minerals Report for the calendar year ended December 31, 2024, in compliance with Rule 13p-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The report details the company's efforts to determine the origin of columbite-tantalite, cassiterite, gold, and wolframite (3TG) in its products. In 2025, Terex surveyed suppliers accounting for approximately 95% of its spend, receiving responses from about 60% of those surveyed. The company identified 423 unique smelters and refiners (SORs) through these responses, with 371, or approximately 88%, validated as conformant or eligible under the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP). Terex relies on its suppliers for information on the origin of 3TGs and, as a downstream purchaser, cannot directly verify the origin of all minerals. The company stated that no SORs were identified by suppliers as supporting conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjoining countries. Terex plans to continue engaging with suppliers to improve response rates and content quality in its due diligence process.
