THOR Industries announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiaries, Jayco, Inc. and Tiffin Motorhomes, to optimize Class A diesel motorhome production. Production for the Entegra Coach brand will transition from Jayco to Tiffin's facilities in Red Bay, Alabama. This move allows Jayco to expand its production capacity for other segments.
The partnership aims to leverage Tiffin's expertise in the Class A diesel segment, where these vehicles comprise a greater percentage of its product offering. This is expected to enhance quality and drive meaningful savings by optimizing the production footprint. Management stated that rapidly evolving requirements for the Class A diesel segment necessitate focused engineering and craftsmanship that Tiffin can provide.
Jayco will continue producing Model Year 2026 Entegra Coach diesel Class A motorhomes through the end of the 2025 calendar year, and will provide customer service, parts, and warranty for these units. Tiffin will begin manufacturing successor products in calendar year 2026, integrating select Entegra Coach product names and design elements into its Model Year 2027 Class A lineup, which will be marketed exclusively as Tiffin products.
