Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, and TKO Group Holdings announced a seven-year media rights agreement making Paramount the exclusive home of all UFC events in the U.S. This landmark deal is valued at approximately $7.7 billion.
Starting in 2026, Paramount will exclusively distribute UFC's full slate of 13 marquee numbered events and 30 Fight Nights via its direct-to-consumer streaming platform, Paramount+. Select numbered events will also be simulcast on CBS, Paramount's leading broadcast network.
As part of this agreement, UFC will move away from its existing Pay-Per-View model for these premium events, making them available at no additional cost to Paramount+'s expansive U.S. subscriber base. This strategic shift aims to significantly broaden UFC's audience and secure a substantial, long-term revenue stream for TKO.
