T‑Mobile and Capital One launched the T‑Mobile Visa Signature credit card on November 4, 2025. The card carries no annual fee and offers 2 % cash‑back on all eligible purchases, with a 5 % cash‑back bonus on qualifying purchases made through T‑Mobile’s own channels. The card is available exclusively to T‑Mobile postpaid customers and can be applied for digitally, with instant issuance of a virtual card.

Cardholders earn T‑Mobile Rewards that can be redeemed for T‑Mobile bills, devices, or accessories. Rewards are redeemable only for purchases at T‑Mobile, and are not applicable to device installment plans, wireless service, or prepaid service. The card also provides a $5 monthly discount on the bill when AutoPay is enabled.

The 5 % reward applies to purchases made online at T‑Mobile.com, through the T‑Life app, in T‑Mobile stores, and at authorized retailers. The partnership marks Capital One’s first co‑branded card since its acquisition of Discover Financial Services in 2025, and it expands Capital One’s co‑branded portfolio beyond traditional retail and travel cards.

T‑Mobile’s strategy to deepen customer engagement and diversify revenue streams is reflected in the launch. The company’s postpaid phone churn rate was 0.92 % in Q4 2024, 0.86 % in 2024, and 0.90 % in Q2 2025, while average revenue per user (ARPU) rose to $50.71 in Q3 2025, up 4 % from Q1 2024. The new card is expected to enhance loyalty and contribute to incremental revenue.

The T‑Life app, with over 75 million downloads, will serve as the primary platform for managing the card, checking balances, applying rewards, and reviewing transactions.
