Toll Brothers has launched Regency at EverRange, a 55+ luxury community in Jacksonville, Florida, as part of the EverRange master plan between Nocatee and eTown.
The gated development at 12136 Endeavor Drive features two collections of single‑story homes ranging from 1,980 to 2,896 square feet, with 2 to 4 bedrooms, up to 3.5 baths, and 2‑ to 3‑car garages. Buyers can customize options through Toll Brothers’ Northeast Florida Regional Design Studio.
Residents will have access to a clubhouse, resort‑style pool, pickleball courts, community garden, and fitness center, and the community will benefit from the broader EverRange amenities, including The Station town center and The Grove amenity hub.
Sales for Regency at EverRange are expected to open in early 2026. The launch aligns with Toll Brothers’ strategy to expand its active‑adult portfolio, which accounted for 19% of unit contracts in FY2024, and follows the company’s strong financial performance, with FY2024 home sales revenue of $10.6 billion and record earnings per diluted share of $15.01.
The EverRange master plan, developed by The PARC Group, covers 1,000 acres and will eventually include 1,500 homes. The project preserves a third of its acreage in conservation and has invested nearly $24 million in the community’s amenity center, The Grove.
