Tetra Tech Awarded $249 Million USACE Environmental Services Contract

Tetra Tech, Inc. announced that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, awarded the company a $249 million multiple-award contract. This 5-year contract is for comprehensive planning and environmental services.

Under the contract, Tetra Tech will provide technical services to support major environmental initiatives, including NEPA compliance, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) assessments, and master planning for military installations and facilities globally. Scientists and engineers will conduct scientific analyses and assessments of biological, chemical, ecological, and archaeological resources.

The scope also includes preparing management plans related to natural resources and endangered species, conducting feasibility studies for habitat evaluation, wetland delineation, and environmental baseline surveys. Additional areas may involve ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, and hurricane and storm damage reduction.
