Tetra Tech, Inc. announced that the Utah Army National Guard awarded the company a five-year, single-award contract not to exceed $30 million. This contract focuses on watershed-focused restoration and resiliency for its Camp Williams training site.

The Camp Williams watershed has been impacted by extreme climate events over the past two decades, leading to increased risks from flooding, wildfires, and erosion. Tetra Tech’s interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers will develop nature-based solutions to address these challenges.

These solutions aim to restore degraded habitats, mitigate future losses, and preserve and enhance biodiversity and ecosystem functions. Chairman and CEO Dan Batrack emphasized the use of their 'Leading with Science' approach for long-term ecosystem stewardship and enhanced resiliency.
