TETRA Technologies, Inc. announced an updated resources report, prepared in accordance with Regulation S-K 1300, which reflects very positive results for its Arkansas bromine project. The Technical Report Summary, dated September 22, 2025, incorporates the results of a Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and includes bromine reserve determinations as of August 1, 2025.

The updated DFS report advances the classification of bromine and lithium resources, increasing the totals in the Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources categories within TETRA's Evergreen Unit. This upgrade follows the completion of the final exploration well and processing of additional seismic data.

Crucially, the report also identifies the presence of significant volumes of magnesium and manganese within these same resources. Both magnesium and manganese have been classified as critical minerals by the U.S. government, largely supplied from outside the U.S., opening new avenues for potential extraction and revenue. Additionally, Smackover Lithium, a joint venture, reported 780 ktons of proven and probable LCE reserves on acreage where TETRA holds brine leases, entitling TETRA to a 2.5% royalty on gross lithium proceeds.
